Size Exchange

We offer size exchanges only, subject to availability.

To be eligible for a size exchange, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In its original condition

• With all original tags and packaging

• Returned within 3 days of delivery

Returns & Refunds

For change-of-mind requests, our store does not offer refunds or returns beyond the rights provided by applicable Lebanese law.

If the item is defective, damaged upon delivery, or materially different from the product ordered, please contact us immediately. We will review the case and provide the appropriate solution in accordance with applicable Lebanese consumer protection laws.
